LOGO DESIGNHow can one communicate the purpose, the heart, and the life of a person or company through one image and just a few words? That's exactly the challenge in logo design. A careful choosing of colors, shapes, and layout to produce the most effective display of who you are.
"I love working with shapes. Creating simple or complex shapes in ways that draw in the viewer. Then using color to increase the contrast and create interest. If it stands out from across the room, then its a good logo - but if it's unimaginative people will lose interest. It has to draw their attention, and then keep it long enough for them to wonder what it represents." INFORMATIONWhen I'm starting to design a logo I look not only to the persona or company behind it, but also to what they desire to communicate as far as a feeling or emotion. Is it strength, or speed, or flexibility, or ingenuity? Is there a image that directly communicates this, or can we use shapes or lines as a better descriptor?
